With more than two decades of experience, Jeff Marz has built a career at the intersection of business development, leadership, and talent strategy. Today, he specializes in executive search within Building Operations and Facilities Management, where he helps organizations find the people who drive performance, innovation, and growth. Over the past several years, Jeff has focused exclusively on this dynamic industry, earning a reputation for connecting top talent with companies that value technical excellence and forward-thinking leadership across HVAC, water management, and building automation technologies.

Jeff’s career began on the operations side, where he held leadership and business development roles with respected organizations such as Ferguson, Carrier Enterprise, HD Supply, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Managing multimillion-dollar territories, leading teams, and delivering customized facility and HVAC solutions gave him firsthand insight into the challenges his clients face today. This experience, combined with his Master’s Degree in Management and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, gives Jeff a balanced perspective, one grounded in both business strategy and human potential. Now, he uses that expertise to help companies build the teams that will lead the future of facilities management.
